It embodies springtime with its fragrant citrus, sweet fruit notes and offers tastes of honey, grapes, green apple and olive. This tea is handmade, from the pure bud of a special cultivar of the tea plant, and grown in a small field that produces its unique citrus notes. It is silvery in appearance and yields a liquor that is magnificent amongst white teas.

Handpicking

Tea pickers, handpicking tender fresh buds which have experienced the seasonal cool and dry breeze. Handpicking is conducted wearing delicate cotton gloves so as to protect the tea bud when picking.

Sun Drying

The tea buds are then sun dried under the care of a teamaker, shielded from direct rays so that the buds are protected.
